By accessing or using Lista, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of service
Lista is a budget tracking application designed for partners to manage shared expenses. The service includes expense logging, budget tracking, savings goals, and real-time synchronization between household members.
3. Account registration
To use Lista, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and payments
Lista offers a free plan and a paid subscription plan:
- Solo: free, with unlimited expenses, categories, and goals for one person
- Household: $1.29/month, adding live sync, partner notifications, shared goals, and bill splitting for two people
While Lista is in beta, everything — including the Household plan — is free. Once paid plans begin, payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
5. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' accounts
- Upload malicious code or content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
6. Data and privacy
Your use of Lista is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Lista is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
